Planning Council:  The next Planning Council Meeting will be on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.  The Council  will  meet at the Department of Human Services Training Center, 520 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510, Suite B . The meeting is open to the public and public comments are welcomed.
