Planning Council:  The next Planning Council Meeting will be on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.  The Council  will  meet at the Norfolk Department of Human Resources Training Center, 520 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510, Suite B . The meeting is open to the public and public comments are welcome.
